Over time, the plastic latches locks in the factory soft roof wear out. Now you do not need to change the whole lock, you can only replace the plastic latches.
We made the latches from high quality nylon with carbon fiber (NOT ABS) plastic, which will serve you for many years!

Important Information for 2002 Honda S2000 Owners – Please Note!
During the 2002 model year, Honda installed both versions of the soft top latch. Therefore, the model year alone is not enough to determine which latch your vehicle uses.
If you have not yet disassembled your original latch, the easiest way to identify the correct version is by using your vehicle’s VIN number. This latch is compatible with the following OEM Honda part numbers:

LOCK ASSY., L. HANDLE
86250-S2A-013
LOCK ASSY., R. HANDLE
